"One of the best things to happen during the fiasco was the sincere pleasure of getting to know you.”
“Thank you very much for your ongoing persistence in getting all this MESS resolved. I appreciate all that you do!”
“Many thanks for stepping in.”
I am totally beyond words and extremely grateful to you for all of your hard work. I appreciate all that you have done and you will never know what this has all done to make our lives better for my son and I!"
“I miss our conversations. You were always able to help me see better things and lift my spirits. The work you did for us was exceptional, to say the least.”
“I want to thank you for all the help you have done for me this past year.”
“I can’t say thank You enough! This had been a total nightmare for so many years! How could I ever repay you for your kind efforts?! It’s so nice to know that not every attorney is a shark.”
“I am so terribly sorry that I’m just getting this out to you. So many times I’ve tried to pick up the phone to call and say “THANK YOU!” The other girls and I all wanted to get together and take you out for a nice well-deserved lunch and tell you in person how thankful we all are, especially me for all you did on my behalf.”
“Thank you very much for volunteering with the case. As you know from you many years of volunteering with VLN, some clients can be more difficult to work with than others although it is often the difficult clients who are most in need of help. Thank you for your patience with Mr. ---. And doing everything you could to help him. I am certain your assistance made a positive impact in his life. If Mr. ---‘s mental illness prevented him from being able to properly thank you, I hope you will accept my appreciation in instead.”
“I again want to express my thanks for your help in one of the most unusual circumstances in my life. Your patience and understanding was a great help to me.”
“You were so kind as to give me of your time a few weeks ago. You were helpful and informative and I left your office with a sense of new encouragement.”
“Well, it has been a couple of weeks since you, my knight in shining armor rod off into the sunset. I have been working on this letter since we walked out of court, then I tried to find a card that would say it all. I found in the process that no matter how hard I looked I would never find a card that would tell you how truly grateful and immensely thankful I am that you were sent to me. So I am back to my letter. In the beginning, I was so scared and terrified that I was going to get eaten alive by Dan and his Lawyer. Then came you. When I first called the referral number I thought what kind of lawyer could a person get if that lawyer was working for free. The first one that called made me cry and I was terrified, then you called. God had answered my prayers and actually set me a guardian angel. The first letter you sent out on my behalf would have done Shakespeare proud, talk about poetic justice. After that first one, I knew everything would be OK cause I had you. Each of your letters thereafter no matter how big or small continued to do him (Shakespeare) and me so proud. Each copy I received either sent chills down my spine or made me cry because I couldn’t believe I had someone this awesome going to do battle for me. I NEVER once in all this time felt shorted or slighted by you even though you were not getting paid anything to handle my divorce. You treated me (I must assume) like any other client although, I can’t imagine you being able to do for everyone else the way you have done for me without working 24 hours a day or having only a handful of clients (which I know could not be the case). How you do it and stay sane I will never know. Whenever I talked with you, you made me feel like you had no other clients to deal with. For all of that and so much more I will be forever indebted to you. Please know you will always be in my prayers as you have been since I first had the pleasure of meeting you. I can never begin to tell you how much you mean to me or how grateful I am that you came into my life.
I will never forget, not take for granted what God has sent me. You did him proud! So in closing, when the days get long and you frustrated for whatever reason. Just remember that a client really does know the kind of person you really are and in her book, you will always be #1. And if I haven’t said it lately, Thank you for the bottom of my heart! May God continue to bless you as you so richly deserve. “
